In this yoga class, you will be guided through a practice of Pranayama (breath control) and a mindful flow follows to support the needs that help you face the rest of the week.

This is an invigorating practice that allows you to step out of your comfort zone and JUST DO IT.

Modifications are always given, exploration is highly encouraged

Learn the basis of strength training in an intimate class (6 people) where each week you will focus on technique and form of a lift or movement pattern cycling across 4 weeks. This 60 minute class encourages you to build strength, muscle and mindset.

10:15 - 11:00 | Stretch & Strengthen |

An opportunity to support your movement pattern - with the encouragement of incorporating active flex as well as passive, in this class you'll learn how to explore your range of movement, building strength within this before relaxing into a stretch flow
