I offer personal training, yoga, movement therapy, and workshops. Each service is tailored to meet your unique needs. You can find more details on my Services page.

What should I bring to my first session?
For in-person sessions, just wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. I’ll guide you through everything else!

 

Do you offer packages or discounts?
Yes, I offer packages for multiple sessions as well as occasional promotions. Reach out directly to discuss what might work best for you, or check my Instagram for any current offers!
